Hey all over the next few weeks we will be posting lots and lots of new material from opening weekend. We have three new vids now posted and are workin’ hard to get lots of fresh new material weekly for you guys, so be sure to stay tuned every week for updates and new videos!!!!! We appreciate all of your support and are looking forward to hangin’ out with you all this summer, few more short weeks and then the epic SUMMER 2011 will commence! woohoo, stay tuned!

First off We cant say thank you guys enough for all of your support not only by being great loyal costumers to the Starboard, But also for participating in and following StarboardTV. We were able to get some great footage of the best staff at the beach, including your favorite doormen, servers, and bartenders alike. We were also, Thanks to you all, able to get some fun footage of the best customers any bar could ask for! Over the next few weeks, we will be working our butts off to edit down footage and get as much new material, from opening weekend, posted on StarboardTV for all of you to enjoy so please stay tuned and remeber we are now open Wednesday – Sunday EVERY WEEK until we get a little closer to summer, so if you are in town for the weekends and such be sure to swing in for a crush!!!!!
Winter Gala Attendees and Supporters,
On behalf of the Winter Gala volunteers, Dewey Beach Enterprises and The Starboard, we would like to send a huge thank you to those who participated in this year’s Winter Gala, a fundraiser for the Dewey Beach Police and Lifeguards and the Beautification of the Town of Dewey. Over $19,000 was raised because of the continued support from our sponsors, attendees and volunteers who care about the Town of Dewey Beach. The partnership of DBE and The Starboard began three years ago with the goal of creating a midwinter event that celebrates Dewey Beach and the hard work done by our police and lifeguards. Plans are in the works for next year’s event, which will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012. We welcome and encourage anyone interested in being a part of next year’s Gala committee to contact us.

Happy Valentines day all you Starboard fans out there. First, we would like to thank everyone who came down for the Winter Gala this past Saturday! It was a blast as always and we appreciate everyone drinking for a good cause. But now that all the main winter events have passed us by, there is nothing left to do but start getting excited for summer! So dust off your party pants because STARBOARD OPENING WEEKEND is right around the corner!!!! In 30 days 10 hours and some odd minutes ( Mar 17, 2011 to those who don’t feel like consulting a calendar at this juncture) we will be opening our door for the St. Patrick’s Day/2011 Season Opening. Mark your calendars for St. Patrick’s Day…the official kickoff of the 2011 Season at The Starboard!!!
